At Ragaalayam Musicals, we take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering your orders with the highest standards of quality. However, in the rare case of any of the following situations, we will either issue a 100% refund:
Package received in a damaged condition
Any box inside the parcel found to be unsealed or damaged
Incorrect item delivered
Refund Process To initiate a refund, please email us at contact@ragaalayammusicals.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Kindly include clear photographs of the issue and a brief explanation for the refund request. Once verified by our team, the refund process will be initiated and completed within 72 working hours.
Cancellation Policy If your order has not been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us. Upon validation, we will begin the refund process. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to process any cancellations or refunds.
In either case, please allow 7–10 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account. No exchanges will be provided.
Shipping Policy At Ragaalayam Musicals, all orders are dispatched through trusted domestic courier partners and/or speed post services. Orders are typically shipped and delivered within 24 hours from the date of order placement and payment, or as per the delivery timeline confirmed during checkout—subject to courier or postal service norms.
Please note, Ragaalayam Musicals is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID. Any shipping charges applicable at checkout are non-refundable.
